The Wait is Over! It is Finally Here!

Hey Creators,

I have some super exciting news to share today! 

My friend's podcast, which has been a labor of love for the past year, is finally live! 

We faced a few hurdles along the way – life got a little busy for him with a new job and other commitments – but he stayed dedicated and brought this passion project to fruition.

The podcast, titled "The Thief in the Empty Room", explores the fascinating intersection of Zen, musicians, comic book artists, and mental health.

Craig had a wealth of fascinating video content from Zen Buddhist artists, musicians, and authors in LA. However, the video quality was poor and the title, 'Darma Wind,' seemed harder to market.

The title originated from a humorous incident at a Mt. Baldy Zen retreat where Craig passed gas due to the lack of a bathroom. This reference was deemed irrelevant and time-consuming for listeners, leading to its removal from all podcasts.

We decided to focus on audio-only content and distribute it on Spotify and Apple. We also included Craig's business information in the description link to drive targeted traffic to his coaching business.

It's a space where mindfulness meets ambition, and where we explore how to thrive in our fast-paced world without sacrificing our mental well-being.

In each episode, my friend sits down with inspiring guests – artists, entrepreneurs, Zen teachers, and more – to delve into the secrets of:

• Expanding creative problem-solving

• Reducing stress and anxiety

• Finding balance amid chaos

• Cultivating mindfulness in a busy world
